I can't express how much doubt I had when walking in. First time having professional services and 2 different shades of red/purple hair. I called the night before and expressed my urgency to have it done(normalized) before my first day at work. Not only was I immediately offered an appointment but Melissa came in 30 mins before the store opened. Being my first time in a salon I was unprepared in explaining exactly what I wanted. Melissa catered to my requests and kept the conversation lively and up beat which calmed my nerves. Feeling comfortable with and trusting her to get me out the door in a timely fashion was imperative. I thought she exceeded my expectations until the blow dry; I wasn't happy with the coverage of the new dye. She could have easily rescheduled and recharged me knowing I'd comply for fear of loosing my new job. INSTEAD, I was invited back first thing the next morning to correct it free of charge. I left today completely indebted and happier than I've ever been with my hair. She kept a little of my personality and provided the coverage I needed to work in a professional environment.
