Bad Customer Service\r
I received a email today stated that the owner of Rentals Unlimited's Owner was mugged in London on vacation and was mugged and if I could loan him $2,000 and he would repay me when he got home. I then called and the employee told me that everyones email address that was in there database was compromised and everyone was sent the email. He then just said sorry, they took care of it, disregard and goodbye. I think the company should have emailed us after they took care of it with an apology. But I guess that was too much like right. WTF
