Christmas Motors is by far the worst company I have ever done business with. Up until now I have gone to Christmas Motors several times a month for a rental car. This time around I rented a car for a month at an agreed weekly fee with the company. The first issue I had with the company is it was agreed that I would pay the full amount when the car was returned. They then went against our agreement and charged my credit card during the time I had the car. This was annoying because they clearly went against what was agreed and never notified me that they were going to be doing that, but it was something I could deal with. My opinion of this company went from alright service to horrible and easily the worst service I have ever dealt with today July 16, 2012. I returned my rental car last night and this morning to my surprise my bank statement was way off. The owner of the company Peter Christmas overcharged my credit card by a month. Peter decided somehow that I have had the car for 2 months instead of the month in which I actually had it for. I caught this in my bank statement so I called down and talked to Peter. He told me he made a mistake and that he was going to refund me the extra month he charged my card. Then once again he goes against his word. He decided it would be a better idea to charge my card again for the correct amount without consulting me about this charge at all. So now I am overcharged for about $1000 dollars and the money I was counting on for the day is no longer available. I have called several times for him to tell me there is nothing he can do and I am beating a dead animal. Peter Christmas was absolutely useless and when I requested a check for the voided balance he told me ?that?s great but it?s not going to happen?. I have never in my life been so disrespected by any company and dealt with someone so unwilling to help when it comes to mistakes they made.
