Ordered pizza for delivery and after waiting an hour and 15 minutes (since it was a friday and we figured they were busy) we called to see where our order was. They said they had no more orders and were now closed. I had given them my credit card info and everything. The lady on the phone gave us an attitude about it since she ""wasn't the one who answered the phone to take our order."" When asked to speak to the manager aparently she was it. She said there was nothing she could do, which is understandable since it was now past their hours, but what was not ok was the lack of customer service. Instead of offering an apology we just received attitude. In the customer service industry you try to make it up to people and show them you are sorry and appreciate their business. We have ordered from them quite a few times but no more, we take our business to Lovezzola's now who are AMAZING and recommend you do so too.
