Whatever you do, DON'T GIVE THESE GUYS YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER! I contacted them a month ago to get a limo for my wedding. I asked the manager over the phone if they charge a mandatory gratuity. He said no we don't but it's recommended to give the driver a tip after the completion of the service. So I gave them my credit card number and they processed my deposit.
