LOVE IT! I highly recommend pilates, to anyone. I was an avid gym goer a few years ago. I often found myself not being challenged in my workouts and not feeling the full benefits. I quit going to the gym for about a year. I became out of shape, low energy, no flexibility. Pilates has given me my flexibility back and then some! I am now more toned than i have ever been. Each class is always challenging. The instructors are great and are very knowledgeable in anatomy. They insure you have the correct form and will make any adjustments necessary for your body if you are weak in certain areas.
