Ive been using this cab service for about 4 years now. Living in the Bronx, Im used to dealing with uneducated, ghetto people...but the puerto rican, female dispatcher that works at Laconia is a piece of work! Jeez...Lady, get a grip! If it weren't for the costumers calling in, YOU wouldnt have a job. Let's treat our costumers with respect and please get some speech therapy and stop talking like a fake Rosie Perez.
