I just got a haircut and perm from a stylist at the salon. The cut was fine, but the perm needed an adjustment - row of top curls did not turn out right - they were curly at the root and straight at the ends (the curles underneath looked great). I asked to go back to have it touched up and they told me to have the owner Jody do it. She frizzd up my hair and then said that it wasn't a bad perm - she had about 4 different excuses - one being that it was gravity pulling it straight (it normally doesn't leave the roots curly in my experience). Her solution - cut it shorter to make the curls springier. I wasn't ready to leave with a hack job, so I said that I'd leave. As I neared the entrance, Jody said ""have a nice day"".... Obivously she doesn't want me back - wish granted.
