We purchased a pedal boat and asked that it be delivered before a certain date - we also called to confirm this and it arrived a week late. The customer service people are not very nice and when I asked for a discount for the trouble, they said they would not do anything for me. They also said if I wanted to return it, I would have to pay for the original shipping, the return shipping, and a 25%-50% restocking fee. This is a horrible company with ridiculous policies. They have a ( D- ) BBB Rating !!! Buyer beware !!!
