Member for 6 years. Never had a problem with my billing. Several of my friends, coworkers, and relatives have been members of the gym and never had a problem cancelling their memberships when they moved. The gym has A LOT to offer. Its the best deal in town for $49 per month (they have never increased to cost of membership in the 6 years I have been a member). They offer free parking, classes, towel service, lockers and month to month contracts with no penalty to cancel and no enrollment fees. I cancelled my membership when I left NOLA for grad school with no problems or fees and signed back up when I moved back(at the same price). My friend is a teacher and they gave her a discount rate of $39 per month. They do that for teachers, students, and im pretty sure for some other groups. She loves the variety of free classes and the ladies only workout area they have. Although I havnt done any of the classes I LOVE the free weight room they have downstairs. They have dumbbells that go up to about 160/165lbs. The staff is always very friendly and honest and they always smile when you come in. The gym is very clean and there is someone there to help you all the time. Ive even had the front desk people spot me a couple times. They have plenty of equipment for whatever your workout needs are. The layout, despite being 2 floors, gives plenty of room to workout. They have squat racks, benches, and space to deadlift.
