I purchased a Kenwood deck around April 2012. It worked great for about two weeks then it started giving feed back through my speakers. I took my truck and head unit to WeeBee where I had purchased it. They checked out all my hook ups and connections. They made suggestions on how to make it better and the best part, they determined that it was a faulty head unit and exchanged it for me no questions asked. There is a lot to say about what they did for at no hassle to me. In my opinion they are the best electronics store around. I have purchased many items from WeeBee and will continue to do so.
