Everyone has been wonderful! When I went in for my initial consultation I was convinced I wouldn't go through with it. However, every question I had was answered and more. Amy spent a ridiculous amount of time talking to me about the procedure and addressed every one of my concerns. I ended up deciding to have the procedure that same day (well I decided that same day, I didn't have it done that same day)! I was very very nervous and pretty scared but everyone was so comforting and reassuring. I really felt Dr. Avila took great care in understanding exactly what I wanted out of the procedure. Even the procedure itself was enjoyable! I actually really liked the fact that I was awake (Well mostly). I am elated with the results! I had upper abs, hips, and waist done. It has been two weeks and there is still some swelling but it is only noticeable if I wear something that's even slightly snug around my hips (It leaves and indentation). The ease of recovery has blown me away as well. Two days after the procedure I was so comfortable at times that I would forget I had it done. The incisions are tiny! Despite the fact that I scar horribly, they are healing quite nicely so far. Dr. Avila was very easy to talk to, in fact the entire staff is absolutely wonderful. They all seem genuinely concerned with making sure your happy with the outcome and healing properly. After having work done with other plastic surgeons and comparing and contrasting there is no doubt that I made the right decision in choosing Sono Bello!
