These guys don't know how to fix diddly squat. They are like having the three stooges in your home. Honestly a monkey could do a better job fixing a washing machine. Well at least a motivated monkey with a top hat and a cane. The first time I used my washing machine after they ""fixed"" it there was an explosion and water and soap went everywhere. If you don't want your home destroyed avoid them.
