As Dr. Carolyn's Daughter and having worked with her in her Wellness business, I learn about health, diets, weight loss programs, supplements, etc, on a daily basis. I am very proud to say that she is my mother, with the knowledge that I know about my body and how it works. The body needs to be treated well, and it will work well with you. Ever since I could remember, I have been taking supplements, and I can say that I can count the amount of times on one hand that I have ever felt under the weather, in my whole life. It is an awesome feeling to know the knowledge I know about health and nutrition. I could go on and on about this healthy lifestyle. On that note, I'd like to say that I'm healthy and very happy. Strong emotionally, and physically; it's a wonderful feeling. Natural ways of life and natural medicine does work, I've experienced it first hand for my whole life!
