Wow! What an experience this has been. My wife and 1 1/2 year got into an accicdent 2 weeks and our BMW 328i was totaled. At the same time we decided to ""down-size"" our LR3 Rover. I had the pleasure to work with Chris Londier, Jeannie Bolly, and John Dvorak. I came in late on a Saturday night with all 3 of my kids. Jeannie and Chris were terrific. While one pulled up cars, the other help watched the kids. Then when I drove the next car, they switched. What a huge help! Then John got to making the numbers work for ME. I literally was overwhelmed with how personal and helpful the were. After that, I got cold feet and came back 5 of the next 6 days. Everytime I drove a car the were helpful. I genuinely felt like they cared. Even though it was the end of the month, they didn't make me feel pressure. I will absolutely come back and will reccomend Spring Chrysler to others!!
