Overall I am pleased with this Discount Tire after my first experience. They got the job done in less than an hour, and the tires are solid. After shopping around, they were a good value (including rebates) with the set I purchased, along with the standard lifetime balance/rotation. I ordered the tires and scheduled a time for install online. Shortly after, I got a call confirming the appointment. They said I would get a call if the tires were not in by the time of my appointment a few days later. I got no call so took the afternoon off work and went a few days later to the scheduled appointment. I was informed two of the tires had not yet arrived. I went back once the tires arrived, and they took some extra $$ off the price for my trouble - hence the good review. One concern - my car's new tires only had 30 lbs of pressure and the recommended pressure is 35 psi. Since it is a Prius, this can be a big hit on fuel mileage. Check your pressure! The other thing is - whatever happened to tire stores cleaning their black marks off your wheels after installation and doing a quick cleaning of your new set of tires! I haven't had a store do that in 20 years!
