I got to Yellowstone in December of 2010 and going there has been one of the best decisions I have ever made. The Program is very structured but that's what an alcoholic like me needed. As addicts and alcoholics a structured schedule is very necessary to regain a normal lifestyle to gain a sober life. The staff and family at Yellowstone actually care about one another. Once you start there you become a part of the family. I stayed there for 7 months moving into one of their sober living homes after completing their program. I still keep in contact with many of the friends i made while there. This is an amazing place to get clean and sober. They teach you how to live life on life's terms. Unfortunately some people don't make it after they leave. This is the nature of the disease we all have. Yellowstone as a family will always take an old client back if they end up in a bad place again. Many times the family has abandoned them and they have no support but I have seen Honey and her staff
