So initially we looked at a 2005 Ford Focus which was shown in inventory. We were told the car was shipped from South Carolina that day and would be on the dealership lot. When we arrived, they had a Blue Focus out there for us to see...but it was a 2010 used car, with broken interior parts, and they wanted $17000 for it! Not a good start...\r

After getting it straightened out that the car was in fact STILL in South Carolina, we decided we could get it brought up to the Concord store...for a fee. Problem is, it requires a deposit, and a promise of sale. If you sign that, you can't get out of the deal unless THEIR technicians see a fault with the car and can't repair it.
