Craig will sell you a policy then never talk to you again. He has a second office in Decatur now and I can't even get him on the phone to advise me on an auto accident. I've called many times and just get his secretary, or no one at all. Now I'm doing all my own legwork and am finding that if I'd just had a bit of smart advice from my agent I could have saved paying out my deductible on this accident (rear-ended, not my fault), but Craig couldn't be bothered with any activity that doesn't add to his customer base. I had another incident a year ago where a huge tree branch fell on my car during a storm and Craig wasn't around to advise on that either - he was on vacation, just like he was several times before when I called to ask questions about my policies. This is all so disappointing since one of Craig's main selling points when I first met with him was that he did insurance all day every day and would always be around to help.
