Customer service sucks!! No communication skills. Keith was horrible to me on the phone. They never called me to let me know anything and when I asked why I wasn't notified about my car not being ready Keith told me he was too busy for that and what does he expect me for him to do? call me 5 times a day? No Keith , but you can learn how to be more respectful to your customers and if you tell a customer their car is going to be ready on a certain day make sure it is ready or call the customer and apologize. Your customers would like that. Also it is none of your business who our rental company is and how much we pay and then tell us that if we decide to pick an upgrade is not your problem it is ours.
OUR CAR NOT BEING READY IS YOUR PROBLEM !!!
YOU should have been focused on that instead of being ugly to me. There is no reason to be ugly to your customers and get defensive. When my husband picked up the car Keith was still being ugly and my car was dirty inside and out.
