As a former employee I've worked at 3 locations & watched it grow. In the beginning Dr. Chiosi was a very caring vet, willing to go to any lengths to find an answer for a diagnosis of a pet. He was wonderful to work for. Then as his practice grew & relocated things began to change,hiring more vets...Dr. B (Outstanding) & Dr. Andre. He somehow lost some of his passion as the workload got bigger. Then again with the growth of his practice, he again moved to a much larger facility. With that came Dr. Bill (Wonderful Vet ) the changes were remarkable. It was very obvious the front desk was overworked & very unhappy. They are the first impression you see & reflect the mood of the hospital. Since relocating, I have 3 veterinarians at 3 different practices & they all are awesome ! Drs as well as staff are so caring, pleasant & genuinely care about both the client & their pets. Every experience both good & sad they treat their patients & clients with the utmost respect.
