Let me start off by saying that the administrative staff and doctors at this hospital are very nice. The doctors are truly caring and are fantastic at what they do. Our problem was with the groomer that they employ and my rating was based on our problem with the groomer and how the doctors and staff chose to handle it.\r

In May or June 2011 we took our elderly dog to have her groomed here because Petco would not groom her any more. In her old age, she has become very difficult to groom. We thought that the animal hospital groomer would be better qualified to handle troublesome dogs so we decided to take her there. \r

To be honest, the haircut she received was awful. She smelled better, but that was about it. The next day I noticed that her left eye was drooping and she seemed very down and depressed.
