I don't understand, how people have a bad experience at this place. i live in the Long Beach area and i bought my car there. I shopped around like everyone else. Then i went there told them i have numbers from other dealers, and they beat it, no problem. It was the easiest buying experience i ever had. The sale's person that I dealt with was very knowledgeable. and was not pushy at all, unlike the other dealers. My salesperson Billy was great to deal with, so was the sales Managers. It is a family owned dealer not a big cooperation. That's probably why they were so friendly and helpful. They also have a friendly service staff. I talked to one service customer about the service guys, that person was so impressed on how they treat her. She's been going there for all of her services on her cars and family for over 10 years. I said ""Wow"". So i tried them for service and was impressed myself. I recommend the dealership to everyone i know from buying their cars to servicing it. and they all thanked me. So i am very pleased with them. I just want to say ""Thank You, Long Beach Honda"", and keep doing what your doing.
