An absolute horrible experience. I took my car in to get some idea of what I might be paying on my transmission, and he said he had no way of knowing until I paid the $300 to look into the transmission. After I came back, they gave me a quote of $3000, so I told them that I'd rather go look for a cheaper quote. At which point he informed me that the transmission was taken apart and the only way to get my car back was to get the transmission rebuilt there! I was incredibly upset with this tactic, but I went ahead and let them work on it because I had no other choice besides leave without a transmission in my car. Once I got my car back, the car had a wiring issue that drained the battery! I took it back and they said that it wasn't their fault even though the car had no problem with the wiring before. They told me I needed to pay 3 hours worth of labor from them just to figure out if the problem was indeed their fault! I couldn't believe it! So I took my car to another mechanic and I'll
