Victor would have you believe when you get an estimate that they always come to clean in 2 people teams, one of whom is a captain and makes sure that a very detailed, thorough cleaning is done.\r
Not in my experience.\r
Only one person comes and imagine one person cleaning 4.5 hours - cleaning is very very mediocre - i had previous tenant's stuff leftover in my apt that, if only the cleaner had even opened the cabinet, would have seen it. Or maybe she was tooo tired cleaning for the 4+ hours.\r

Very overpriced and not worth it - manager didnt get back to me either when I raised my concern.
