- Very quick response: called at 8 am and scheduled at 1:30pm for the same day.\r
- Technician clearly stated charges for each item in addition to the basic "installation package". It is $550 more than quoted over the phone, EXCLUDING 2 parts that are unique to my situation (another $370) \r
- Ended up finding new problems with water pressure is 100, not below 80, so have to purchase 2 new parts (very expensive!). \r
- Technician patiently spent the time and effort to install the new parts needed, and made suggestions regarding future issues and to-do with the pipe connected to street.\r
- Job is very well done, even put on installation on all the pipes. Cleaned up neatly.\r
Overall I am satisfied with the company and especially like the fact that they are willing to provide detailed estimate without obligation to do the job with them. Although they do tend to charge very high on any parts that would need to complete the job correctly, or for things that you know for sure would like to get
