Their behavior, professionalism and customer service are simply unacceptable. They do not service what they sell, will not return your phone calls, and do a horrible job with installation, then won't stand behind it. Yes, Aurora or Campbells' might cost more, but they DO stand behind their work, unlike The Pool Place. It looks like I'll now have to hire someone else to repair the mess they left me with!
