Do NOT use Anderson Brankin. We gave Tom Brankin our tax documents over a month ago and stressed that we needed them quickly. We still don't have our taxes back. Mr. Brankin has repeatedly ignored our phone calls and messages requesting our tax documents (W-2s, 1099s, etc) so that we can get our taxes prepared elsewhere. I've stopped in the office and Mr. Brankin is never in. Mr. Brankin's receptionist doesn't know where he is and can never reach him. And she has no idea where our paperwork is. Mr. Brankin is completely unprofessional and unethical.
