I just want to let you know that I had a very positive experience with your Service Manager Steve Szabados. I had called him last week regarding a call from my customer while vacationing in Italy - who had realized he had lost his keys to his 2007 Equinox the problem being the vehicle was sitting at the Qwik Park at the Detroit Airport. Once explained Steve assured me that he could help with the cutting of a new key and the programming. He kept me informed every step of the way and even followed up this morning to ensure my customer was able to retrieve their vehicle after flying in yesterday.
It was a pleasure dealing with Steve who not only put my mind at ease but also gave me the assurance that my customer would be looked after!
