I have had Kim do my hair 4 or 5 times now and every time it looks fantastic, both color and cut. I tend to go in a little unsure of exactly how I want it done, especially when it comes to color, but she always helps me decide by asking questions, listening to my answers and giving me different options. She is genuinely interested in making sure you have the look you want. Most recently I had her cut it shorter than it's ever been; I absolutely love how she did it and have been getting nonstop compliments on it. Personally I think it is very reasonably priced for the quality and overall service at Salon Essence and would highly recommend it!
