VERY RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL!! This seems like the perfect place to have your wedding.. From the outside it looks like a mini ""Builtmore"" estate. Don't be fooled.. I experienced it from the bride's point of view. The owners are completely unprofessional. They talk down to you when you ask a question. This is their home and they treat you like you aren't welcome, even when you pay around $10,000 to rent the place. They dress in revealing cut offs and dirty shorts, as the previous review stated. Steve wore his nasty shorts at the rehearsal dinner, all day Saturday, and even to the wedding. Tisha wore her super tight jeans, cut off shirt (barely covering her large breasts) all day up until the wedding. It was very offensive and unprofessional. The bride paid an additional $150 for snacks/refreshments during the day in lieu of lunch. When the bride started asking for food around 2:00 (wedding started at 6:00), she was told that she had someone who would get them some, asking what they wanted. She'd quickly change the subject and walk away. When we asked for some water, we were told they didn't have any. They provided NO food or water to the bridal parties who were there starting at 10 in the morning, until the reception following the 6 pm wedding. The guys were promised a large room upstairs to get ready in, called the theater room. However, they had that room blocked on the day of, and put them in a small room with a sign stating no food or drinks allowed and if any bedding/sheets needed to be made up or changed, there would be an additional $150 charge for that. The bride was told she had ""all night"" to used the house for her reception. However, at 10:15, the newlyweds were told to pack it up and have everyone gone by 10:30. Kicked them out!! I have heard many other horror stories from this place about being crooked in the money dealings. I would stay as far away from this place as possible, especially for the biggest day of your life.
