I am a long time customer, both in the restaurant and for delivery. I just recently ordered for delivery, their ""Four Season Delight"" which includes Chicken, Beef, Shrimp and Scallops. After it was delivered, I discovered that there were no Scallops. I phoned them and the woman pretty much told me how it was going to go. ""I give you credit"" and when I attempted to express my displeasure she again repeated ""I give you credit you don't want to wait for new delivery."" Well, if I were to have ordered it in the restaurant they would have (I hope) added the Scallops because after all, that is the ""dish."" But instead, I had to accept the dish as it was, which was now I guess, only ""Three Season Delight."" Forget about what I had ordered or what the customer wished. It was obviously there way, which ended up being 15% as I discovered a couple of weeks later, when wanting to place another order. My tip was more than the 15% they were so generously crediting me with. This is not the first time that I was told how things would go. The food is great but don't ever have a legitimate complaint, because it will go as they see fit. Very disappointed and I have been a long time customer but now I am really left with a very bad taste.
