Any flavor presents in their food comes exclusively from the sauce. There is no true smoking here so far as I know. \r

The food is not objectionable at all in fact it's pretty tasty. But being that there're so many other establishments in the area that cook on a real hardwood fire I would best say that unless this is the only place that you can get to go to, look for authentic slow cooked barbecue elsewhere. \r

Again the food is very good, the service is very good, and the location is pretty good. Guys please buy a woodfired smoker.
