This is the worse dealership I have ever been to. I told them I didn't car about gas milage, or how many miles the car had or how new it was, all I wanted was a car I felt safe in driving during the winter months. After about 5 hrs filling out paperwork, they said they had a car and ONLY ONE CAR the lending company would let me have. Well since my transmission was shot in my car, I felt I had no choice but to take this car. Really only one car in a lot of supposed 250 used cars. This is the most dangerous car I have ever driven. I have driven neon's, corolla station wagons, a 280zx, I'm talking small cars and I have never driven a car that has never felt planted to the ground as I have this one. It is very hard to manage when the wind is blowing and if you it a gust of wind it will blow you into the other lane. If you it a bump in the road it bounces you over. And when it rains you will be hydroplaning. I thought the GM would have offered me another car in the price range the lending company allowed, that would be safer, NOT THIS COMPANY all he cared about was the review I gave. After looking at the paper work since we were exhausted being there for 5 hrs waiting I notice they charged me $2,500 service fees and $399 doc fees. Plus I asked another car dealer the trade in value of this car and he said it was only $6,800. I paid after all said and done $15,000. Well they made a lot of money off of us. I was furious the 1st 3 weeks I had this awful car. I work hard for my money and to be taken in by this supposed reputable dealership was beyond anything I have ever dealt with. I guess when they saw a woman and a man in a wheelchair come in they thought sucker. Our credit was that good, but that doesn't mean we should have been taken for the ride we were given. I'm not sure if all car dealships are this bad, but I was treated better at chad franklin when he was in business and got a great car. So if you work had for your money stay as far away from this place. Go to carddealercheck you'll get the true reviews of this place.
