The store is a corporate store, so anything done in this store has to be approved for refunds before your Verizon bill will reflect it. I tried there 1 GB for my computer with a 14 day trail basis, I was told the only cost I would have would be a $35.00 dollar restocking fee. I accepted the terms. I returned the item because of the data warnings I was to exceed, before the 1GB.
After returning home in Santa Fe, I found all the fees had increased my bill to $511.
it took three days of calling Verizon to get the manager Chelsea on the phone to do the math, I still had to pay out of pocket $120.00 because of there hidden fees and because it is a corporate store. DO NOT GO!
