On Memorial day we were shopping for a car with a low lease. We didn't have much time at any one dealership since we needed to shop around. When we got to Carl Black in Roswell, they claimed they can help and it would only take a minimum of 15min for our info and to look @ our truck which we would trade in. The salesman kept saying 10 more minutes, and they would have a price for us. After almost one hour, we left. That evening they called us and said they have a deal and the car being priced would be driven down from Kennesaw. Once we thought about it, we decided against it and told them we are passing on the deal. A few days later they called and gave us a better deal, which we could not pass up. We agreed to it and my husband was leaving work early the following day to give in his truck and pick up the new vehicle around 2pm. Once he got to the dealership, they claimed that the car still needed to be driven from Kennesaw (which on Memorial Day they claimed it was on its way). They told him to come back in a few hours. After waiting, they finally called and said the car (which they claimed was BRAND NEW at the start) had 3000 miles on it and used on a Golf Course. After all the time wasted, we called back and left a message with salesman Eric that we would like a shot @ a car they had on the lot. Our call was never returned. I have never dealt with such poor Customer Service and their bottom line is $$$$$. I will never deal with Carl Black again.
