Alright here goes my experience.
Go to Austin Motors took a little time to find it in a weird place. Walk in greeted with a helpful assistant. The place looks great most of the cars are inside, so you know that they want to keep the cars as clean as possible. I see the car I was coming for and look at it for a bit. They let me get in it start it really get the feel of if the car is right for me. So start talking to chet and we get into conversation about cars of course and he really knows his stuff. We start negotiating a price for the car, which by the way wasn't forceful or anything a real person to person chat. I take the car for a test drive love the car come back and sign the papers. In the middle of it he says wait I want to show you something. I get up and we go over and check the price for what he paid for the car. Shows me how much he would be making and is fair to say the least. Sign the rest of the papers and I am out the door a happy man. As I am about to pull away he hands me gas money and tells me what most people break on their car (You wont get that most places). You think my story is over....but here comes the catch.
I get home and when I am driving around town I feel like my power steering is gone. Weirdest thing I Think wow I just bought a car and now its broken what am I going to do. So I think well it might be the weather. Next day come out same thing, so I Am kinda freaked out at the whole situation. (This was Saturday/Sunday) Come monday morning I call Chet I say hey my power steering seems like its going bad. He says ""well take the car to pure motorsports I will take care of the whole bill."" I call pure motorsports and they cant get me in for another 2 weeks, so now im thinking wow I just bought a car now Im going to be out a car for 2 weeks. NOT GOOD! I call chet up and he says he will call san diego audi for me. Calls there appointment the next day. So take my car to san diego audi they find a leaking hose in my powersteering. He never had to help me like this but he wants you to have a car that you want to drive and know that you can trust. I believe he is a good guy and helps you that extra mile.
I bought an audi s4 and had a great dealing with chet
