Terrible disappointment.
Tried the dry cleaner since there aren't many options in Galveston.
Told them to be careful of the collar of my suit specifically because of the slim cutting. Also emphasized that shirts not to be starched. Was promised repeatedly that remarks were noted and would be processed accordingly.
Suit came back with collar messed up and shirts fully starched. No apology was given. Staff simply said she had written down the remarks but they were ignored.
The tab was $18 for 1 messed up suit and 2 fully starched shirts in the summer.
