I rented a large truck from Uhaul in Front Royal VA, I was in the bathroom when my backup driver took the wheel and I hopped in into the pickup and off to Chantilly we went. When we arrived I opened the back and it was filled with dried mud and caked on dirt - oh no! I took pictures. I ended up crying about the waste of time and money. I called the local office and they said ""we won't charge you for cleanup"" YA THINK? So I called the 1800goUhaul and they opened a case # 252031 , then they said the local guy would contact me to resolve it. Chris called and said ""we will work with you on any future rental"" - WHY WOULD I RENT FROM YOU AGAIN? You didn't even resolve my current problem. So I went online and chatted via the chat on the Uhaul website last night and they reopened the case. I got a call this morning that they will refund $40 of the $200. I am still not satisfied but what else can I do except let other people know that I would never recommend them ...
