BEWARE!!! I would never ever shop at this store again. I went in to do my upgrade...I wanted the IPhone. The sales lady (Meredith) showed me differant options. I chose to go with another phone. I asked her....Is the phone the same price on the internet?? She told me ""Yes!!"", I purchased the phone. I get home & look on the internet the phone is $80.00 cheaper. I called back that Monday...I was told to call back & speak to her. I did and she says...that she did not tell me that the phone are the same price on the internet as in the store. I told her I came in there to buy the IPhone, because the IPhone is the same online as it is in the store. So I spoke to the store manager. He tells me that she did not tell me that. & how do I know that the phone was 79.99 when I bought my phone. So all I wanted was my $80.00 back...he tells me I can bring the phone back, they will give me back my upgrade, buy the $35 restocking fee and order the phone off line. OK...so I will still be out of money!! I called the district manager....he tells me she didn't tell me that...so this is what he can do for me....give me back my upgrade, pay the $35 restocking fee & he can give me some free accessories....phone case, charger etc. I don't need those things I wanted a $80 credit to my acct. So to no avail....I pd. $80 to much for the phone....they were not willing to give me my $80 back. I like Verizon service.....but I will never shop in American Cellular again!! They don't care about my pockets, they are only concerned with their profits....This company makes millions a year & $80 would have NOT HURT them!!. I am going to try to call corporate...maybe they can understand....since the local store manager and general manager doesn't understand. He was will to give me free accessories...but he didn't want to credit my acct. the $80. I guess that $80 was her commission!! Don't shop there you will be better off going online or to the REAL Verizon store...not one of the ""Authorized Retailers"". This place is a joke...I have told my facebook & twitter friends not to shop at American Cellular....I have thousands of friends on facebook & thousands of followers on Twitter!!! Oh and also my kids!!!! If they don't want to give me the $80 back....they will lose it with no customers. \r
