Poor service. My husband has had a poor fitting crown that they did a couple years ago and he keeps telling them it is uncomfortable. Then he kept getting letters stating that he was not following the treatment plan. We called to see what the letter was in reference to, and he was told he had a cavity at the last appt and he refused treatment. That did not happen! We went to a new dentist who found NO cavities. A few months later DH developed pain in the tooth with the poor fitting crown and he was found to have new infection. He is now getting a repeat root canal and will need a new crown b/c there is a gap in the seal. The new office called Elite Smiles to request a records release form for DH to sign so that they could get records. Elite Smiles will not fax that form, even though it contains NO patient information when it is blank. Previously they kept charging me for a payment I made and submitted proof of payment several times. I refered a coworker there before we started problems and she did not have dental insurance. Their quote for dental work was twice as much as all the other Leesburg dentists she went to. I could go on. DO NOT go there. more
