They installed an air conditioning unit that has never worked properly inside of 4 years. After 6 months the unit stops working and is flat of all Freon. They have come out and replaced the Freon each and every season under a service contract. Last year they claimed it was a manufacturer's defect and replaced the valves. This season again the unit was flat of all Freon. I have requested the unit be replaced with a different manufacturer they sell. They have refused only hinting to the offer of a replacement of the same brand or kind.
