Use caution. The owner, Mr. Hale, accepted a check from us in the amount of $60.00 as an application fee. Once he cashed the check, we never heard from him again, despite numerous emails and phone calls. I am not sure who operates their business in this manner, but it is very unprofessional, and attempts to contact Mr. Hale and our request for our money back have gone ignored. While his actual business may be upstanding and honest, his personal real estate dealings are not.
