Do not move here! You can't have anything without it being stolen. Our patio furniture, plant stands, and kids toys were stolen. Our neighbor's BBQ pit as well as their new AC unit were stolen. These reports go on and on. Even the soda machine by the mailboxes has been broken into . I'm not going to even start on the vandalism. The lot rent is ridiculously expensive and goes up every year. They will cheat you on the water bill and nag about every little code issue they can think of. Sadly, the lease states that the occupant is responsible for all maintenance--on a rented let no less. This includes the water meter and the concrete driveway. BEWARE! Do not move here!!!
