Awful customer service. Delivery men lack professionalism and are lazy. They look for any excuse not to deliver the appliance(s). Hands down, this has been the worst experience with a local company since moving to Dayton 3 years ago. Beware, if you buy an appliance(s) from homedepot.com this is the delivery service they use. I will never buy an appliance through Home Depot again solely because of this company and the experience!
