I usually go to the dealer for everything but once I had to go to Vegas and needed new brake pads before I left. I called the dealer and they couldn't fit me into their schedule prior to my departure. I found Absolute Rover on the Internet and they were awesome. Same day appointments and much closer from where I work than Hornburg Service up in Hollywood. Most of everything I do is covered under the extended warranty so I still have to go to the dealer. However, brakes and rotors are not covered under the warranty and the dealer price is way expensive. Last time I took my car in for scheduled servicing, the dealer told me I needed brakes and rotors and quoted me $1,700. I took it to Absolute Rover and got it done for $1,100. Just called them up and they told me to bring it in and had the car back to me on the same day.
