Had my first bubble tea from House of Cha last night. Great stuff!! Pearls were far superior to anything else I'd had (in Lawrence or greater Kansas City), slight sweetness, perfect, perfect consistency (I've tried making the pearls before, not easy!). Service was great. The guy working there helped me figure out the menu and even worked with me to come up with a totally decaf version for my daughter (didn't need caffeine right before bed!). Drink was wonderful - great place.
I don't like to do negative reviews, but I'll just say that if you have a choice between Zen Zero and House of Cha - run, don't walk to House of Cha.
