Great shop, quality fishing equipment. It is really a shame that all but one of the men who work there lack heavily in the service department. Nearly every time I have gone to purchase something I have been treated very poorly and witnessed other customers being treated the same. This is very surprising for a business who should be begging for quality customers in this economy to conduct themselves in this sort of fashion. No matter the quality of the product, customer service is everything. So go ahead, give them a call or stop in and dont be surprised if you hang up/ leave severely disappointed.
