We recently bought our child a bedroom set here. Initially we saw it at a very large furniture store in the High Point area where we previously purchased several rooms of furniture at a great price, but with not so great customer service after the sale. Kareem, the manager at Tots to Teens, was very helpful and friendly through all steps of the buying process. He agreed to match the price of the larger store provided we paid in cash, which is what the other store required in order to offer such low prices. It was a great place to furniture shop, because our child could play in the indoor party room play area and outside on the additional playground equipment when needing a shopping break. We were surprised to learn that our purchase entitled us to a party in their party room too (we have approximately a year to redeem that)! After we paid the initial deposit, we were able to call a week later and find out the week it would be delivered. The furniture arrived within the time frame promised and in perfect condition. We paid for delivery and set-up. The two gentleman who brought it were very friendly as well. They told us exactly when they would arrive and called 20 minutes before their arrival. They cleaned up and hauled away all packaging that protected the furniture during the haul. My only disappointment was when they set up the furniture, they placed it up against the wall (as close as you could set it). When we went to move the furniture away a couple of inches after they left, we saw our newly painted trim behind the chest of drawers got chipped from its placement as was the freshly painted wall where the dresser mirror support bumped up against it. Fortunately, both marks are hidden by the furniture. I would highly recommend Tots to Teens to anyone looking for a nursery or child's bedroom set. The only thing I would do differently would be if you opt for delivery and set up to ask them to please leave a little bit of space behind the furniture so it has room to ""give"" if bumped.
