I started with AMS as a direct hire into their management department. I left my old job for various reasons and found this company to be straightforward. However, after three weeks of working with them my position was terminated without any inidication. HR was kind, but it was explained that the owners just didn't want another layer of management involved. I found this to be very offensive and extremely unprofessional considering that I left a position where I was employed for almost five years to begin a new career. I would recommend to any professional who is considering this venture to look elsewhere. Lack of direction seems to be the management style here and unfortunately the turnover rate is poor because the view is that the employees are just temps with an easily replaceable attitude. One star because my pay was at least respectable for my skill level. Also, as a side note, parking is horrible here. People get tickets daily because the facility doesn't have enough space for the amount of employees they have and people are forced to park illegally on a daily basis.
